About

For over twenty years, I worked in the corporate world to fund my love of restoring old houses. During that time, I restored four homes and had four children. In 2019, I stepped away from the corporate world to focus more on home, both my home and curating other people’s homes.

I started my design firm, Studio Verdigris and began by helping friends and clients with interior design choices. I soon realised that I was in the right industry but needed to tweak my direction. I like to create on a large scale and was more interested in products for everyone’s home rather than one person’s home.

It took me a while to work out what I wanted to create. Then one day it hit me. I couldn’t find fun tablecloths or placemats that could be used everyday with four kids and then thrown in the washing machine. I asked my friend Paula if she wanted to start a business together and MyPavlova was born. Our first collection will be released in 2023.
